A LITTLE CONTEXT

About this reorder & delete pdf pages

Reorder, duplicate, or delete pages in a PDF by typing the new page order, right in your browser. Enter the pages you want to keep as a comma-separated list in the exact order you want them — repeat a page number to duplicate it, and simply leave out any page number to delete it. The tool rebuilds a new PDF from your source file using that order, without touching the original file. Use this workspace to prepare a result you can review before putting it to use. All processing takes place on your device, without an account or an upload of your inputs. Check the examples to understand the expected output, read the limitations for the supported scope, and reset the form when you want to start a separate task.

How it works

Pages are copied from your source PDF into a new document in exactly the order you list them; repeating a number duplicates that page, and page numbers you leave out are dropped.

Try these examples

01

5-page PDF; order "3,1,2"

A new 3-page PDF: original pages 3, 1, then 2
02

3-page PDF; order "1,1,2,3"

A new 4-page PDF with page 1 duplicated

Limitations & privacy

One nonempty PDF up to 20 MB and 200 source pages. The rebuilt PDF can contain at most 400 pages (duplicates count toward this limit). Encrypted PDFs are unsupported, and rewriting invalidates digital signatures; verify the downloaded copy.

Inputs and results stay in this browser. Only tool identifiers are stored for your recently used tools. You can clear that history from the directory.
