About this social post character counter
Check how long your post is against the character limit of the platform you're posting to. Paste your draft, choose X/Twitter, Threads, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Facebook, and this tool counts Unicode characters — counting each emoji as one character, not by UTF-16 code units — and shows how many you have left or how far over the limit you are. Use this workspace to prepare a result you can review before putting it to use. All processing takes place on your device, without an account or an upload of your inputs. Limitations & privacy
